Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a refund or exchange. The return period begins on the day you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may not be eligible for return.

Cost of Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We are not liable for return shipments until we receive the returned item.

Return Process

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy after you receive it.

If you cancel an order before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you cancel an order that has already been processed for shipment, you will be responsible for return shipping costs if you decide to return the item after receiving it.

If you paid using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit. If you paid using multiple payment methods, the refund will be issued in the same proportion as the original payment.
